Review on Portzon by Julio Fernandez

I attempted to make a purchase from the online store of Portzon recently, and I must say it was a very frustrating experience for me. I wanted to buy some sports and fitness equipment. To begin, the website was extremely difficult to navigate, and there was insufficient information provided to adequately describe the available goods. It was like attempting to navigate a jungle without a guide. It was very difficult. It was a source of great dissatisfaction for me to discover, after a long and fruitless search, that the prices for the strength-training equipment I had finally located were absurdly expensive. I had the impression that I was being taken advantage of because there were no sales or reductions that could make the equipment cheaper. The shipping process was no better, with a long delay in delivery and the goods arriving in poor condition due to inadequate packaging. The delivery was also delayed for a long period of time. To add insult to injury, the representatives working in customer service were completely unhelpful, and they talked to me as if I were a toddler who was incapable of understanding fundamental English. In general, my time spent shopping at Portzon's internet store was akin to attempting to scale a mountain without any equipment. It was a source of aggravation as well as exhaustion, and in the end, disappointment. This online retailer is not one that I would recommend to anyone in the market for sporting goods or exercise equipment.
