I love these salt and pepper grinders. We forgot how much we enjoyed the smell and taste of freshly ground pepper. There are several different sizes that you can get by simply turning the white knobs on one end of the grinder. They are light and fit my hand well. It's great that they're electric, because with age there are problems with the rotation of the arms. I was puzzled because I always read the reviews and some said that you just turn it upside down or even slightly at an angle and freely grind the salt and pepper on its own. I kept my finger on the button but had trouble with it. I called customer service which was great. They stated (as I forgot to read in the distinction) that they work with gravity. You simply press the button once and tilt or rotate it slightly. They worked great. The support team responded to my query very quickly and was very easy to work with. They sit beautifully on my new kitchen table. I've already added them to my gift list for future purchases.
