It is very simple to use, easy to install and update.It has an option of adding custom fields which helps us in tracking our sales performance for each product or service we offer. Very good customer support with quick response time.We are using it as a CRM tool.The main benefit i see here is its user friendly UI & excellent support team with great knowledge base articles available online. I would like to have more customization options but this can be managed if you know how to customize templates and CSS files. We are handling all communication related activities through it and also sending emails to clients regarding their queries to increase sales.
