Helps to use during exercise
I like: Smell and kinda moisturizes the skin. I work out at the 24 hour gym where they always turn on the IC, but I've found that it made me sweat more than usual. Cons: It lasts about 15 minutes and then stops. Even I use body wash but somehow I still feel like it's still on my skin. I bought 2 but used 1 and shared one for my aunt. She bought another one with a belt. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK ALONE, you have to practice to live up to expectations.
