Nice iron and works great!
Beautifully ironed and my hair softened how can I control the temperature. I have qi and the fact that I can't control my temperature sucks. This straightener does not tug or tug on my hair it is beautiful and the box it comes in is very pretty very pretty and a great straightener. It's a bit heavier than my Chi, it's definitely a lot heavier, but not so bad that you can't use it for long periods of time.
