My disappointing MuHize Auto Parts experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of placing an order from MuHize, an internet retailer that focuses on automotive parts. It would be an understatement to say that my encounter was disappointing. First off, it's challenging to browse and outdated on their website. Even when I finally did locate what I needed, the explanations were hazy and difficult to understand. The parts I got were of poor quality, which made things worse. One of the items was broken out of the package, so I had to return it. Additionally, their return policy is a disaster; let's not even begin there. Just to get a refund, I had to go through a lot of hurdles. However, their customer care was the worst aspect of my encounter. I attempted contacting them about my problems, but the people I spoke with were rude and unhelpful. They seemed unconcerned with my worries and disregarded my grievances. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for high-quality auto parts to use MuHize. Their customer service is appalling, their goods are poor quality, and their website is frustrating. Avoid the trouble by shopping somewhere else.
