We run our day-to, week & month activities for one major customer using this software solution. It has made everything we do much easier by helping us organize business processes through better planning as well as help automate many repetitive tasks which previously required manual intervention or time consuming searches (iEtape). Also it provides good insight into each step's progress throughout its implementation. Nothing too negative here so far however would say they could add some new features in future releases, but I believe there are enough existing ones within version currently being used out side client site or maybe even use multiple versions simultaneously if need arises - This will ensure ease when implementing such programs across sites/clients who all require different level details about same process e.g., Sales Orders etc I like the dashboard and the ability to see all of our clients in one place. The interface can sometimes be a little confusing, but the support is great and is quick to respond. I haven't found anything I don't like. So far we haven't had any issues with Liongard. I'm looking forward to the future of services and security with this platform. We are able to see all of our clients in one place.
