Perfect long black skirt!
Purchased for an upcoming high school band concert for my 10 year old daughter who is 57 inches tall and 70 pounds. this skirt would also work for cellists. Also bought a tall girl Amy Byer top with a blouse with flared sleeves and lace insert. She loves it and rolls up the waist once for a snug fit.
