Not what I expected from Anker!

My experience with Anker products has been satisfactory, speakers, chargers and cables are very good, however I think there is room for improvement when it comes to headphones and earbuds. I had high hopes for them and thought they would be a good upgrade for my pair of Liberty Neos but they didn't. The sound is bad, the bass is missing and the highs are shrill. Aesthetically they look good, but are ergonomically uncomfortable, easily detach from the ears and after a few minutes of use I feel uncomfortable.
