Review on πŸš€ High-Performance Intel Core i9-10850K Desktop Processor: Unlocked 10 Cores up to 5.2 GHz (LGA1200) by Stanisaw Lem ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.

I decided not to contact 11core. The purchased mother on the z490 will not be able to provide more than 4 dmi 3.0 lines, and I consider the use of pci-e 4.0 to be insignificant (although there is a pci-e 4.0 video card). Buying a new mother with a z490 is idiocy, because. very soon lga1200 will sink into oblivion. As a result, with a loss of 1000r. 10100 was sold and for 29tr somewhere in January 10850 was bought. When buying, I was guided by the idea that 11700 (11900 for z490 is meaningless) in the first 3-4.5 months will be sold at a slightly overpriced price, and as a result it will not be much more productive than 10900 (10850 is its analogue) at a significantly higher or comparable price. Maybe it was worth choosing amd, but in the end I observe only moderate power consumption there, but the prices are comparable, or significantly more expensive, subjectively, each 10850 core is 1.5 times hotter than the 10100 core in a scenario of comparable core performance. When "overclocked" to 5.0 GHz for all cores and 4.6 GHz cache, it heats up to 89 Β° C in avx mode (offset avx is "-2", voltage is -0.005). The case is a full tower, under load, the cooler fans stay on average at 70-75%, the temperature in the room is 26.8 Β° C, mx-4 thermal paste. A video card with a temperature of 60-61 Β° C works in the case .

Pros
  • My copy running under noctua d15 even shows slightly better results than similar 10900 tests on the Internet.
Cons
  • Hot. Very!
