When tennis balls are too soft.

Graduated from using tennis balls to lacrosse balls for massaging pressure points on upper back/shoulder. The density of the lacrosse balls is perfect for working on stubborn knots. Recommend placing 2 in a sock to help target specific area. Also good massage and exercise for rehabbing ankle and foot injuries.
