They are very helpful when it comes to implementing advertising campaigns for my business, providing great advice as well! Highly recommend if you need help with digital marketing or just want an expert opinion about your online presence!! I think they could be more clear which services do what but overall their support is pretty good. My account manager has been super friendly so far - would definitely seek her out again should any other issues come up that aren't able resolve at this time (my first impression of them was positive). The support team is very responsive, easy-to work with & always willing help you out! I have had multiple issues over time which they are able resolve quickly. They don't just do what's asked of them but go above an beyond for their clients too!! My current project has been completed successfully so far - all my leads were generated through optemized platform (both search engine marketing as well social media).
