This review has been prepared for a long time. We had two of these in our shop in our office. One of the originals and this model. Personally, I still own one of the original models. Since we got this "new" device, we can't watch anything fully without it crashing, freezing, or just changing files to its own. It's so annoying. It doesn't matter how many breaks it has between uses, it behaves like it's been running non-stop for a year. But the old blocks, man, I couldn't praise them more! I was able to get mine on and post what I've been watching for literally days and it never missed a beat! It was torture getting MICCA to give me a spare remote (fat old style) and I absolutely treat this thing like gold. The new remotes are poorly made and won't hold up when you're around clumsy men or rude kids. I won't invest money to replace this at work because to be honest I rarely use it. But my rating corresponds to our experience. If my (old) device ever fails, I will definitely NOT buy a new one through MICCA.
