The product itself is quite good and offers a thorough cleaning. I'm a young man who still makes a lot of facial oils so I really need this. I would say when using it in winter there are times when my face feels a bit dry after use but honestly it's not that bad. However, the reason for the four stars is due to the lack of structural integrity of the bottles. I once dropped it in the shower like an idiot and the cap broke off. However, the nozzle on the lid became clogged with excess plastic from the lid, making it almost impossible to get anything out. Now I have to forcefully remove the entire lid every time I want to use it. There's not much Nivea can do about it, so I'm not complaining. I suppose they could make the bottle a little more durable for possible shower drips.
