The product is good, there are only a few minor flaws.
I thought the cool design and substantial weight (this is subjective) were both pluses. Keeps liquids hotter than a standard kettle lined with only one layer of plastic. Contains drawbacks: The plastic handle cracks under the kettle's weight, the appliance makes a lot of noise while in operation, and the on/off switch sounds and feels like it was made in China.
