The body wash was very nice. The packaging was difficult to open the pump top and there were no directions. I had to have my son come over and figure it out, which he did. Luckily my top (the pump) was not damaged. There are many reviews where the packaging was damaged during delivery. For such a nice product, it is a shame they cannot upgrade to a more reliable pump top. Also, a lot of older folks who need moisturizing body wash would benefit from this formula, but may be forced to try a different brand based solely on the ability to open the package.
