This is my third car vacuum and I have to say I think we won! It has everything I wanted and needed in a car vacuum and more. Aside from testing its use initially, I've never had to use a hose adjuster. I've found that I can meet all of my vacuuming needs with just the swivel nose, which extends and retracts and also folds completely for compact storage. It also has a handy brush that you can turn around. The power cord is also long enough to reach me anywhere in my sedan, including the trunk and trunk, and the vacuum's suction power was just enough for my needs. The feature for me was the washable filter - I didn't want to change the filter bags often - and this vacuum cleaner does its job perfectly. I've only had it a month - I'll check later how it holds up over time. For your information. In case anyone is wondering, it doesn't have an internal battery (you can't charge and use it without being plugged into a power source). It needs constant power from the cigarette lighter in the car. If you might need to use it at home or somewhere else that only has a 110V outlet, get an AC to DC adapter. Keep in mind that while it's good enough for car cleaning, it's not powerful enough for powerful vacuuming around the house. As the title suggests, the only thing that bothered me was the mesh pouch that came with this unit - it was almost useless to me. I prefer sturdier bags for storing my small gadgets, so I ordered a trunk organizer that fits the vacuum perfectly, along with its attachments (see attached pictures).
