Love it! It's so soft and cozy! My morning run today was in 40 degrees and it warmed me up more than I expected. I still felt the cold, but I didn't feel it piercing my bones, you know? I think I could fit in the medium but I bought the large because I don't like super tight shirts when I work out and this one still has a fitted look with plenty of room to move.
