Pros: Good build quality, easy assembly (if you play carefully) Cons: In most cases the pry tool feels like it will for a second to fail. No metal anodizing occurs on the inner surface of the links, resulting in silver reflections. Because it's a constant width, it doesn't fit the watch as snugly as a silicone strap. This is a good solid metal band with a secure clasp. Removing the hinge (I removed four links), removing the silicone strap and attaching the metal strap took about fifteen minutes. The connection tool is made out of fairly brittle plastic and it always seemed to take a second for the pins to break. I don't think the tool will last too many times. The black anodizing looks nice on the front and back of the strap but is missing on the inner links, leaving silver accents. For the price, about 1/5 of an equivalent Garmin branded strap, this is good value for money. One note, even though it's listed as Prime, it wasn't "shipped" for almost a week after ordering it.
