Review on Epson Network Interface Unit B12B808441 by Nick Nigerson

I bought this and it didn't work at all. I tried everything I could until I gave up and called Epson. FYI the worst customer service you have ever had the chance to speak to. After 1.5 hours explaining that I connected everything correctly and I told them from the start that I was using a Mac. They told me that this device DOES NOT WORK with iOS devices (Mac products). It is not stated that this device is only intended for Windows, only in the online version of the operating instructions, which is hidden on page 45 of the Epson website. Such a scam! Now this piece of junk is not used in my office. So avoid Epson products or make sure you only use Windows.
