I bought this on subscription and saved over a year. Everything was great at first but three times already my diaper and wipes pack has been torn and I can't use an item or two in the box but I can't return everything for a refund because I have to use everything I can. I recently received another box which looked perfectly fine on the outside but the items inside were damaged. A torn bag of tissues and a torn bag of diapers. Of course I can't use any of these, but I need three packs of undamaged diapers, so I can't return a partial batch. So in the last few months I've spent money on three packs of diapers and four wipes that I couldn't use. And I have no way of asking for a partial refund or replacement. Here are your savings.
