I first came across this filament while visiting the UK. It's very thin and flexible, and the threads easily get around my many fillings and misaligned teeth - far better than any other thread I've used. Bought more on another trip to Europe but never seen it in a US retail store. So I was happy to find Oral-B Essential Floss listed here at Revain. All dental floss works pretty much the same way. You need to find the type that you like so that you can stick to your daily routine. This stuff works for me.
