Bought this to wear with a red swimsuit on vacation. I wore it around my natural waist and it was absolutely gorgeous but a bit big. The skirt turned out to be very soft, flowy and not transparent (which is what I was looking for). It would even be cute for dinner in a cute top. If I had taken a size down it would have been absolutely perfect but it's not anyone's fault it's my fault. Take a size smaller than usual, but I highly recommend it. :)
