The shutter is poorly designed

First, the shutter is poorly designed. The box is difficult to lock as it takes several tries to get the latch in the hole. Despite this, the box is carried by the handle at the top, and the only thing that prevents the lid of the box from opening is the latch. It's just not safe. Second, there are pieces of wood in the box that are meant to surround the neck of the wine bottle. They are very thin and easily break in half; very similar to the thinness of a rice cracker.
