Nice colour, polish sucks

I shook the polish to mix it then painted my nails and after 2 minutes drying the polish dissolved into a clear oil and was on my hands . So I shook the bottle again and repainted my nails and the same thing happened so I wiped the polish off. I will not buy this brand again and will not consider this brand.
