Bought to cut fish at an industrial level. The blade is incredibly sharp and the knife is very light. As cool as this knife is, I have a few complaints about it. Given that this is a zimiter knife, I figured this blade would be more durable. This blade is very flexible, like a filleting knife. The way the handle is attached to the knife makes it dangerous to bend in that area, like it will break with very little pressure on it. In addition, the handle is not very ergonomic, and together with the lack of a guard, this knife is not for the inexperienced or inattentive carver. All in all it's a good knife, just more flashy than practical, and that seems to be the idea behind its design.
