Took some time to remove the old handle and install the new handle Over 45 minutes, removing the hood and plastic was a Challenge. Northeast winters take their toll on bare metal, and the salt somehow finds its way into the back compartment of this pen's mechanism. But after the replacement, it's day and night, the old handle had to be constantly put back in its original position to make it work (grease, grease, etc. didn't work). Replaced December 2019, checked July 2020 and still working fine, no issues. Definitely recommended if you have similar grip malfunction issues.
