So, this was quite a nightmare. We bought this for my mother in law who wears a size 1X . she's not overweight but has a big chest. It didn't even come close to fitting . the fit of the XL was like spandex. We then had my wife try the XL and it fit her like a size Large. (She is 5'6, 120 lbs. and wears size Medium . and she is the one wearing the shirt in the photo).Obviously, a XL is super baggy and makes her look terrible. If we were going to order her one, we couldn't decide between Medium and Large. It seems to fit tight in a normal size, I guess more for running/athletic wear. However, it's 90 degrees here on the East Coast and this is not a material you'd want to wear tight as it gets a bit itchy.This doesn't really feel like Under Armour or Adidas in terms of quality. It's a bit more cheap and unbranded in the feel. For the price, it's not terrible but likely not something (even in the right size) that would be gym-worthy . maybe more for walking around the neighborhood or gardening.Again, this is a very tough call to make on a rating. The quakily/feel is maybe a 4 . but the fit is all over the place and would really give me pause about ordering. If you are petite, it could work but the sizing is definitely more like a Made in China garment would be expected to fit. In terms of an 'American' cross-fit type body . your guess is as good as ours. And for an older woman . it's going to be a real gamble to get the fit right.The color is nice . less bright than in the photo though.
