These are decent quality solid metal extensions, well made, nicely finished and will not cause any problems when installed correctly. Make sure you clean the threads of the existing valves well and then fit those valves tightly to the primary valves and you shouldn't have any air leaks or flow issues. I had to reinstall one a little tighter and clean the factory valve threads better as I could feel cold air rushing across the valve seam. But after I sat back down, everything was fine. I used them in my van where the dual units are covered by aftermarket sims. These things make internal OEM tire valves particularly difficult to access and impossible to use with external TPMS sensors. So I got a pack each of the 1-1/4" and 3/4" extenders and they fixed the problem. I've just driven 700 miles with TPMS on all 6 tires and no problems have been found. Now 2 weeks later with the camper mostly in the driveway, TPMS issues are still not reported and air pressure remains constant. That's why I trust them and they are the keepers.
