I want to get a nose piercing but have decided to start with my belly button as it can be easily covered. I recommend watching YouTube videos before you start. There are actually a few things you should know before you just jump in. It came in nice packaging and the needles are capped to keep them from piercing. I did it myself in 5 minutes or so. I gave 4 stars because the bar is too short for a new binding. I used it anyway but when it swelled it felt tight. The second recommendation would be to get another rod. I jabbed the rod down and attached the rod to the needle and then raised it back up so it went through easily and worked perfectly. After reading the comments I was very nervous about having a wand inserted, but piercing and lifting the wand with the attached needle worked great. Ready to try another piercing!
