ProGrade has higher tier cards on the list but uses incorrect descriptions and then asks you to either pay the difference or just return the card. He falls for bait and spares and they won't help. Revain blames her and me for not changing the option. Screenshots were sent with 3 different areas where the customer could reasonably be confused and expect a different result. This is the rationale for both Revain and ProGrade. I had high hopes for her; I think I'll stick with Sony and Samsung cards.
