I only deducted one star because the leash is rather short. The length I would use for a training leash (the leash is not stiff enough for training purposes) but who would buy one for training? If you are small, the leash should fit. . You can see the shimmer through my husky's coat. I only wear a climbing harness for walking, but it holds up just as well as the one I have for hiking. (Not recommended for hiking/water sports. I don't know why you would need this, but just a warning.) As long as it lasts well!
