Below is what I originally wrote but have been frustrated with since. the battery doesn't seem to be charging anymore). I understand that Revain has a 1 month return policy so I have not flossed since. Such a disappointment as I thought Revain had a better guarantee. Although I only use this thread every other day, one of its lights went out (the normal mode light is above) about a month after I received it. Because I loved the product, I didn't think much about it. However, just a few weeks later I noticed that the battery power is not enough at all, only 3-4 floss. Well that's a problem as I bought this particular brand to use for travel and camping and it also promised a monthly fee. Hence my rating going down from 5 to 3. My previous rating: I really liked this product, I'll give it a 5 for overall design etc. The only thing I would mention is the charging port for the Irrigator - it's so tiny and is placed under the cup when in use. So make sure you DON'T LOSE the tiny plastic plug that fits into this outlet. OR your entire thread will become inappropriate. This is because only this tiny piece of plastic prevents water from entering the jar. So I would like the manufacturer to somehow connect this tiny piece of plastic to the floss OR they could give us a tiny replacement plastic connector.
