I was disappointed that the ruffles on the straps are completely different (see picture). Left shoulder strap, ruffle starts at almost 1/3 the length of the shoulder strap which, as you can see, goes to the middle of her shoulder. The right strap has a ruffle almost from the top of the pack. Very noticeable. I think it might work a bit too. I bought an 8 and my daughter just turned 5 and is 50lbs so I understand she is heavier for her age but I definitely thought the 8 would be too big so I plan on keeping it until next year , when dancing resumes in person and life returns to normal. Anyway my daughter loves it so I'm keeping it but I'm disappointed with the quality control.
