Received the mini fridge today and was very happy to use it. My goal for the fridge was to replace the large fridge I have in my room to keep my skincare products cool. Well, it turns out he's NOT doing what he's supposed to be doing. Before leaving the house, I put my skin care products in the fridge and made sure the area was cool. However, when I got home at night, I smelled something burning (e.g. rubber) in my room and immediately knew it was a fridge. When I opened the fridge, all of my skincare products were very warm. As you can imagine, they are not meant to be kept warm. Now all of my $200 worth of skincare products are ruined because of a broken refrigerator. This is very frustrating, but what if it causes a fire? Like I said, my entire master bedroom smelled like something was burning out of the fridge. I had to open all the windows to air the room as soon as I entered. UPDATE: The seller contacted me to resolve my issues. They sent me a new fridge but this time fully tested to make sure all functions work. They also covered my expenses as I had to buy them all (although it didn't cover everything and going a few days without skincare products was a little frustrating) but I still thank them for their professionalism and quick response. UPDATE 7/2/2020: As mentioned above, the seller sent me a replacement last winter, but I only used it last month. Well it worked fine except it made water so I had to put a paper towel on the bottom of the fridge (no big deal, I can handle that.) but just last week I felt the temperature in the fridge drop and when I checked it was almost room temperature so I turned it off in case something like this happens again (see my previous review). I'm not sure what's wrong with that or it shouldn't take long, although I don't think 1 month is long. For now, I might go back to my larger fridge. I hope my reviews are helpful.
