I went to the website to see pictures of how to use it. The product was initially not thick. After 27 hours I removed the case and it was the same consistency as when I applied it. The place had darkened significantly and I was afraid the countertop was damaged. However, after another 24 hours, it cleared up and now looks the same as before. The faint pink that I believe came from the wine bottle was still there. In fairness, the instructions say more than 1 procedure may be required. I don't know how many days it will take to cure so I don't want to try again. I've emailed Stone but haven't received a response yet.
