Fit and finish was great. Turned on the lightbulb. Just be careful when removing the lower valance trim. While there are 6 tabs (3 at the top and 3 at the bottom), there are also screws that you need to remove from the back. The easiest way is to remove the corner of the protective screen from below using a small Phillips screwdriver and a mirror. just undo it.
