Connector "Fruit Dome" is thin plastic, wears out quickly and breaks easily. It can't be replaced on its own, which is why you have to buy the entire fruit dome as according to customer service, "Parts and accessories are not covered under warranty, you will need to purchase a replacement dome if you want a replacement." I've been using it for less than 5 Months since I received it at the end of last citrus season I really liked it while it worked, it's quiet, looks great and is much faster than manual juicing so I guess I'll just buy spares while they get better look at the design.. not holding out much hope that the next one will take longer.Update: downgraded to one star after chatting a bit more with their support team and trying to fix the thing..that's after not a year crap.
