Good oroduct best in my review

Regular fit my sneakers well to walk the halls in the hospital. Have reoccurring Achilles tendinitis but the heel lift I was using was making my knee hurt. These provide enough cushion without throwing off my knee position while walking. Used for hiking as well and worked great. Would recommend.

the heel cups are as described, they can be a bit more comfortable
