I think I got a refurbished one

I bought it as a gift. I opened the box and tested it out. It worked, it could move and sing. However, the robot is very dusty and dirty in some parts, like the hands and the knees. The button has some scratches. But the wheels in its feet are clean. So I think it’s very likely a refurbished toy. I don’t know how long it will last working. Not very satisfied with it.
