Review on HOXHA by Matt Morrison

Unfortunately, I've had a negative experience with HOXHA. Their customer service is appalling, and the quality of their products is poor. A cooking tool I bought from HOXHA broke after just a few usage. I was met with resistance when I tried to return it, and as a result, I was unable to get a refund or a replacement. In addition, their air purifier, which I had high hopes for, did not significantly improve the air quality in my house. In addition to these product problems, when I contacted their customer support for help, I received unhelpful and condescending responses. They took a while to reply, and when they did, they didn't actually address my issues. Overall, I would advise against using HOXHA when buying. Their customer service is weak, and their products are of terrible quality. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid frustration when buying kitchen and household goods.
