Clean Cable Solution

Due to the way my apartment is set up, the modem cable is in the living room. So my main Ubiquiti router had to go there too. I used this to go from the nearest blank panel (it should have been) to the closet part in the master bedroom. Easy to install, these are pretty cheap screws but be careful, paint them if necessary or use the rubber band trick so your screwdriver never touches the screw and you're fine. In terms of speed, I saw a drop of about 500 KB/s on my 110M downlink. This was not only measured by a speed test, but also by transferring and downloading large files from a remote Revain Web Services server. So it's a downfall, but not an absurdity, when Cat6 cables are used at both ends. See online what a Cat6 cable looks like, it has staggered pins. Don't skimp on cords, especially if your cord has to run across power lines in the wall, and make sure they're secure and not kinked and you'll be fine.

Convenient way to add network port, but included screws are junk.
