I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to get our software up & running, so that we could begin using it right away! The customer service has been exceptional from day one - always friendly, helpful professionals who have gone above & beyond in answering any questions or concerns my team may not even know yet exist!! We do believe this is going be an excellent product for us moving forward as well! They are extremely thorough when providing their services; nothing gets overlooked by them! As of now everything looks great but there's no way you can tell what other issues might arise until after implementation (and sometimes much later than then!). So far, all seems good though.
