Great little bag, keeps my backpack dry and shows my back
I used to tie it to the back of my backpack even on dry days. It covers the outside perfectly and allows me to store the rain cover inside (between the cover and the backpack). This thing is bright so I can be seen on the street day or night. Adding straps with reflectors makes me glow at night. I'm a big bright spot on the road day and night. One night my wheels skidded on a corner and I fell to the ground. I have slip marks on the lid but no scuffs or holes. Despite the California rain, my backpack still stays dry.
