Review on Women Summer Ruffle Loose Swing Casual Dress By Levaca by Donna Jones

I wear dresses most days of the week to work during the spring, summer, and early fall. I am 5'4" and weigh 150 lbs. My dress size is consistently a 10. I chose the medium size for this dress and it is too big from the waist down. I was able to scrunch up a big handful of material to make it look more snug, and the bottom was still loose and even with a handful of fabric tightening things. I am debating if I want to order the dress again in a small only because the top part fit perfectly with the medium dress (I am 38C), and I worry if I get a small that the top will be too tight. Other than that I would like this dress. I only tried it on for a few minutes but it felt soft and breathable. I also liked the length as it hit me juts above the knee. I also liked how this one could be worn casually or dressed up with jewelry and heels.
