CTS is very efficient in their work. They are always willing to go above and beyond what you ask for. I have used other companies that do not care about your project as much. This has been my experience with CTS. Their team members truly want to help and get things done on time. Our website was down one day due to a power outage at our office. The techs from CTS were able to fix it right away so we could start using our site again! I like that it has a lot of options for the user to customize. It has a good layout and is very easy to use. It is very easy to learn and has a lot of useful features. I have not found anything I dislike about this software. It is a good product. I would recommend using it if you are looking for a good, easy to use software that is customizable. I am using it for my business and it is helping me to keep track of my inventory.
