The best system for restaurant operations and efficiency
I really like that Athena has so many useful features to help with my daily duties as manager of our large grocery chain! Also their app is very user friendly even if you are new or not familiar yet, it makes learning how everything works easy!! Nothing at this time but we do use them all day everyday just making sure they're working well.
They make life easier by taking some stress off me since there's always something happening around here which can be overwhelming sometimes especially when everyone else doesn't know what needs doing next. !
Pros

- How fast answers come back for any issues.
- All in one system from ordering supplies through picking up orders via an online portal.etc..all seamlessly connected together!!! Great way too keep track things while having multiple locations being serviced simultaneously without confusion etc..like i said its seamless!!!! :)
- Very good customer service staff who will go out above & beyond expectations whenever needed...and most importantly helpful enough
