I like how easy it was to use, once we set up our teams with people who were unfamiliar using this software there weren't any issues or problems encountered while trying out parallelKsis! The support team can always be reached when needed which helps make sure all of your needs are addressed in an efficient manner without needing much involvement from you as well (even if they do have their own training section). Nothing really comes across negatively about working through them - everything works seamlessly so far :) We're able solve most tasks quickly via these tools but also provide more detailed instructions/instructions where required by clients / customers along side other documents created outside those programs such as Microsoft Word etc..
