6 months later - still full of wrinkles and creases

I have had this tire on my car since I bought it back in September 2020. It came in a bag and was full of folds and creases. . As of this month - February 2021 - it still has wrinkles and creases even after several car washes. How do I remove wrinkles? It's also quite thin material.
