I was very excited to receive them, but my excitement faded when I tried on and examined the correct boot. The left shoe was perfect! There were two marks on the suede of the right boot that I don't even know how to remove, but they shouldn't be on new boots. There were barely noticeable black marks on the side and when I put it on it felt clearly worn and looser compared to the left leg. It seemed to be one of those shoes you "try on" when you walk into the store, if that makes sense. Big disappointment! I also realized that the more you wear them, the looser they become. sure what to do. Hopefully I'm just unlucky and everyone else is both new when bought as new! Shipping also took 4 (I think) days longer than expected but I don't think it's their fault.
